Breath will be the anchor in this practice as creative transitions, unique sequencing, and challenging poses are a cornerstone n this style. Empowering and free flowing aspects will be explored. This class will challenge not only your physical body but also your mind, to move inward and listen to your intuition and trust your breath. This practice of vinyasa is playful, freeing, and sparks your curiosity. All levels are welcome but prior vinyasa experience is encouraged.
