Yoga Teacher (sub)
Yoga has been a healing force in my life ever since I discovered it in my early 20’s. I’m amazed at its ability to train the mind, body, and spirit, both on and off of the mat. Shortly after the birth of my second child, I sought to deepen my practice by pursuing my 200 hour YTT in 2024. I’m so grateful and humbled that I now get to be a part of others’ yoga journeys!
Off the mat, I’m a big believer in romanticizing life—seeking and creating beauty through cooking (and eating) nourishing food, traveling with my little family, and trying to stay grounded in the present moment.
