Genevieve Folkedahl

Genevieve is new to Colorado, but has quickly found Palmer Lake to be home with her husband and two dogs. She loves hiking, agriculture, all things nature, and has been practicing yoga since 2013. While living in Ireland, she felt a calling to walk into a Hot Yoga studio. This changed the trajectory of her a life — initiating her healing journey and she became a certified yoga instructor in 2017. Genevieve believes we all have the ability to heal from within, which will be felt in her classes, honoring both the light and dark in each of us.
