Crystal is a mama to three amazing kiddos and a true friend to many. She lives her best life in Palmer Lake and loves to hike the many excellent trails right outside her door. Crystal is a certified Yoga Instructor that loves the deep bodywork of yoga. She is passionate about helping women see their unique beauty and strength. Crystal looks forward to some beautiful deep soul talks and making you sweat with her vinyasa flows.
